    Dear Client, congratulations! I love to have you in our Webzilla Family! Let's work together! Here are some house rules! We may not be in the same city, or even in the same country, and I've worked with clients from the US, Australia, Canada, Ukraine, the Republic of Georgia, and now France! So different time zones are in effect. I've got an "open virtual doors" policy! I always will have time for you! Unless it is a super, extremely urgent situation I will address any of your requests typically within 48 to 72 hours unless it will be specified differently on a one-on-one basis. Also, if you are outside of the US, I kindly suggest installing WhatsApp on your phone. That is the best FREE way to call and text between different counties. Have you heard that now technology allows you to install WhatsApp on your desktop, or laptop and sync it with the same App on your phone using a QR code? Another must-have requirement is ZOOM. Any revision of your website will be conducted only via ZOOM. For content sharing, I am using lynxi.io, so please create a free account using the same email you have for WIX. If you are falling behind to submit your content, media files, etc. I will put your project on hold until I've got everything needed. I've got to be fair to other clients too, so I'll be taking care of other projects until I'll get what I need from you.   • I just became a Webzilla Client. What is next?
    Congratulations! We love to have you in our Webzilla Family! Within 24 hours you will receive a welcome package with all personalized instructions, some of which are here, on this FAQ page anyway :) Check your email, the one you log in to your WIX account. We prefer for you to use Gmail because we will create a shared folder on Google Drive, where you will be able to collaborate with us and answer some relevant questions relevant to your website project. Google Drive allows to collaborate in "live mode" where all the changes become visible to both parties.
  • How do I share content with my designer?
    Webzilla Designers decided to switch from the comfort of Google Drive to innovative and time saving platform www.lynxi.io This is a platform where together we will collaborate on the ideas and content of your website, exchange notes, and so much more! Now the first step you've got to do is to create an account on that platform www.lynxi.io You've got to use the same email which you created your WIX account with. Once you do that you will receive an email from Webzilla with a Brief containing all important questions regarding your web design project. This is how we work on getting your content together
  • If I have a burning question, how do we communicate?
    Most websites are done in 4 weeks, some will require an additional time. you can get in touch with me through Google-shared folder, by text, or if you are outside of US than via WhatsApp. Some questions will be answered right away, others may require up to 24-48 hours response, or follow-up actions. There was already an initial Zoom or phone call conversation. Now you will have 2 or 3 revisions of this ongoing project, that depends on the agreement which at this time is already in place. These revisions will take place on Zoom, where we will share screen and exchange ideas and comments. if there is an urgent matter and you need an immediate live assistance, it will be available for you via Zoom. However, extra live unscheduled assistance will incur an additional charge.
  • How to accept the contributor role so I will be part of this project?
    Once the frame of your future website is created I will send you an invite to be a co-owner of your future website. What? How it works? Well, the invite will be sent to the email you have created your WIX account with. Please open the email, and follow all the steps by clicking the "Accept" button. For now you are a co-owner of this website. Once the project is complete and any remaining balance is satisfied, I will transfer the ownership of this website over to you. I still will remain a part of your website in the role of website manager. That will allow me to assist you in the future with maintenance and updates
  • I am not coming from WIX Market Place, so how can Tatiana will be assigned to my project as dedicated WIX design expert?
    As a WIX certified web design expert and a Partner I would love to get proper credit for working with you. If you weren't refered to me via WIX Market Place, there is still a way to connected through WIX database, and I would appreciate you helping me with such statistics. By now you already know how to add images and other files to your Media Library Now let's make it easy for you and Webzilla Team - here is how to organize your files and create folders with subfolders. Click Create New Folder . Type the name of the new folder. Press Enter on your keyboard. Double-click the folder and click Create New Folder to create a sub-folder. Here are types of folders I would like you to create: Images Video Audio PDF (if relevant for your website) Business Materials (Logo and Flyers etc) Coupons and Promotions (If relevant for your business) Suggestions for Subfolders: Home page images, About page images, Gallery images, Services images, etc. - depending on what pages we will create. if your website is a STORE, then there should be additional folders, corresponding with title of each Product Collections in your store. That will tremendously help in creating your website
  • How to rename photos and videos in your Media Library?
    How to rename the media files and possibly use some of keywords in the title - that helps tremendously with the SEO of your website. Hover over the relevant file or folder. Click the Show More icon. Click Rename. Enter the name of your choice. Press Enter on your keyboard. If, for example, there are two or more photos of the same or similar product photographed from different angles, here is a suggestion how to rename them.
  • How to prepare product images in the media library for your online store inventory?
    1. if your website is a STORE, then create a folder title as such, and then create additional folders, corresponding with title of each Product Collections in your store. 2. Rename the media files - that helps tremendously with the SEO of your website. Hover over the relevant file or folder. Click the Show More icon. Click Rename. Enter the name of your choice. Press Enter on your keyboard. 3. Each product will require a description, price, etc. You will be provided separately a different upload link for such content

  • Can I change the colors and fonts to make the templates fit my brand?
    Yes, you can change everything - colors, fonts, text, elements, photos. You can even resize it yourself to a different social media platform, like Facebook, or Pinterest. Contact me if you need help
  • How to duplicate my site and transfer it to my web designer if I need too?
    To duplicate your site do these two steps: Step One: Go to your site dashboard Click Site Actions. Click Duplicate Site. Enter a name for the duplicate site. Click Duplicate. Once the site is duplicated do step two: Go back to the site dashboard Click Site Actions. Click Transfer Site. Enter the new temporary site owner's email address: webzilladesigner@gmail.com. Choose the option to keep your role as website co-owner after the site transfer. This is important so you always will be able to see all the changes in progress. Choose to create a copy of the site and keep it in your Wix account. Note: You are transferring a duplicate copy of the original site. The original site will still be in your Wix account after you transfer it. Click Next. Confirm the details of the site transfer. Click Transfer Ownership. Note: Once your new site is ready to be launched than we will transfer the ownership right back to you!
  • How to screen-share on ZOOM during revisions of my website

    That actually depends on two factors! The first is about how soon you will submit your content and all other information that may be required from you. This is a platform where we will collaborate on your content and media files The actual timeline of the project will depend on the type of website we are building for you and the scope of work, like how many pages, apps, media files, downloadable files, descriptions of each item in your inventory, etc. Your project proposal always contains an approximate timeline.   • How and when will I receive the templates?
    You will be able to download PDF file with all links to the templates immediately after you order.
  • Do I need to sign up for Canva Pro account?

  • How to duplicate my site and transfer it to my web designer if I need too?
    To duplicate your site do these two steps: Step One: Go to your site dashboard Click Site Actions. Click Duplicate Site. Enter a name for the duplicate site. Click Duplicate. Once the site is duplicated do step two: Go back to the site dashboard Click Site Actions. Click Transfer Site. Enter the new temporary site owner's email address: webzilladesigner@gmail.com. Choose the option to keep your role as website co-owner after the site transfer. This is important so you always will be able to see all the changes in progress. Choose to create a copy of the site and keep it in your Wix account. Note: You are transferring a duplicate copy of the original site. The original site will still be in your Wix account after you transfer it. Click Next. Confirm the details of the site transfer. Click Transfer Ownership. Note: Once your new site is ready to be launched than we will transfer the ownership right back to you!
  • How to screen-share on ZOOM during revisions of my website

    That actually depends on two factors! The first is about how soon you will submit your content and all other information that may be required from you. Please, create a free account with Lynxi.io using the same email you've used for WIX. This is a platform where we will collaborate on your content and media files The actual timeline of the project will depend on the type of website we are building for you and the scope of work, like how many pages, apps, media files, downloadable files, descriptions of each item in your inventory, etc. Your project proposal always contains an approximate timeline.   • How and when will I receive the templates?
    You will be able to download PDF file with all links to the templates immediately after you order.
  • Do I need to sign up for Canva Pro account?
